A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, and moves on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, four of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. Once the initial round has completed, the player can either choose to remain on in an attempt to maximize their earnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that they may have won. Further, a few styles of the game give the gambler an opportunity to increase their wins, in which case another hand is played. There are also variations between specific machines, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other varying characteristics to enhance playability.
